1. The renter must deposit an original ID card, passport, driving license, or a small amount of money as agreed by the shop owner.

2. The renter will receive their deposit back upon returning the bike or motorbike.

3. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

4. The renter is allowed to use the bike or motorbike only in Kampot, Kep, and Bokor Mountain. An extra charge applies for longer distances.

5. No insurance is provided for using the bike or motorbike.

6. The renter must refill the same amount of gasoline before returning the bike or motorbike.

7. Overtime use is charged at $1.00 per hour.

8. The renter must follow Cambodia's Traffic Laws.

9. The renter must take photos or videos of the bike or motorbike before use to avoid disputes.

10. The motorbike must be returned within 24 hours.

- Reservation cancellations made at least 3 days before the arrival date are free of charge.  

- If canceled or modified within 3 days of the arrival date, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged.  

- In case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
