+ We aren't liable for no-shows and late passengers who miss their bus schedule.

+ Passengers should arrive at the bus terminal 30mn before departure time.

+ Passengers may reschedule their trip during working hours (6 AM to 9 PM) at least 4 hours before departure.

+ Children age 5+ or height 1m+ must have a ticket.

+ Each passenger is permitted 1 carry-on and a maximum of 2 pieces of stored luggage not exceeding 15kg. Stored luggage exceeding 15kg may be subject to additional charges.

+ Smoking and drinking Alcohol aboard the bus is prohibited.

+ No pets, weapon, illegal product, and hazardous material is allowed aboard the bus.

+ Passengers may not bring strong-smelling food items onto the bus (Example: Jack fruit, Durian, Prohok, etc...)

+ All passengers should mind their manner and language in the presence of fellow passengers and the Company.
