Elephant Ride - Ratanakiri - Airavata Elephant Foundation

A short trip towards the South of Banlung through fields and rubber plantations. half road, half dirt track. Arrival at Airavata’s camp, introduction to the elephants and their mahouts before getting in the saddle for about 1h30 to the discovery of the nearby forest. Back to the camp, we go down to the river to wash and scrub the elephants then give them a treat of fruits. The total duration of the tour, from Banlung and back, is about 3 hours.

****Note: Full charge for kids from 12 years old and 50% charge for kids from 4 to 11 years old. We allow one elephant at disposition for 2 or 3 guests.
