It was once a very popular place, especially in the 1960s, but it fell into ruin after being taken over by the Khmer Rouge. Recently, however, it has been revitalized with a new casino being built in 2012. This guided scooter tour will take you to see some of the abandoned buildings, including two royal palaces, and learn about Bokor’s fascinating and tragic history. You’ll enjoy incredible views as you cruise up Bokor Mountain on your scooter, and learn all about this unique place – from its revered past to its modern rebirth.
