រមណីយដ្ឋានស្ទឹងជីនិត គឺជារមណីយដ្ឋានធម្មជាតិកែច្នៃ ស្ថិតនៅជាប់ព្រំប្រទល់ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ និងស្រុកសន្ទុក ដែលមានចម្ងាយ៣៧គ.ម ពីទីរួមខេត្ត មកដល់ទីប្រជុំ ផ្សារកំពង់ថ្ម ហើយធ្វើដំណើរតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៧១ចម្ងាយប្រហែល៣៧០០ម និងបត់ឆ្វេង តាមផ្លូវគ្រួសក្រហមអមសង្ខាងព្រែកជីក ប្រមាណ៦០០ម ទើបមកដល់តំបន់កម្សាន្តស្ទឹង តំបន់នេះគឺជាប្រព័ន្ធធារាសាស្ត្រស្ទឹងជីនិតចាប់ផ្តើមកសាងនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ក្នុង របប ប៉ុលពត និងឆ្នាំ២០០៣ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលសព្វថ្ងៃ។ នៅក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៨ អាជ្ញាធរខេត្តកំពង់ធំ និងមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍ខេត្ត បានសហការជា មួយមន្ត្រីជំនាញក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍បានរៀបចំតំបន់នេះទៅជារមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍កែច្នៃសម្រាប់ទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរមកកម្សាន្តសប្បាយនិងរៀបចំគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋា រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជាច្រើនទៀតសម្រាប់បម្រើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ និងជាកន្លែងបោះតង់របស់ ភ្ញៀវទេសចរទៀតផង ។
Steung Chinith is a natural man-made resort located at the border of Baray and Santuk districts about 37km from the provincial town, when arriving at Kampong Thma market town turn left to national road 71 at about 3700m then turn left on the red road about 600m along with canal on both sides to the Steung Chinith. This area is a stung chinith hydraulics system constructed in 1976 during the Pol Pot regime and in 2003 by the current Royal Government. In 2008 Kampong Thom provincial authority and Kampong Thom provincial department of Tourism cooperated with the Ministry of Tourism's experts established to be a tourism site for attracting tourists by developing various tourism industry infrastructures and a camping place for all visitors.
