You will visit Wat Ek Phnom, an Angkorian temple located on the left side of the Sangkae River at the small creek of Prek Daun Taev northwest of the Peam Aek spot approximately 9 km north of the city of Battambang in northwestern Cambodia. It is a Hindu temple built in the 11th century under the rule of King Suryavarman. Although partly collapsed and looted, it is famous for its well-carved lintels and pediments. visit Phnom Sampov to see the sunset and watch the bats in the evening time before bats leave their home to find food at night time. rest one night at a hotel in Battam Bang Province.
Day 2
Experience the Battambang city tour after breakfast at the hotel we are going to visit a warrior man who holds a stick. The name literally means loss of stick referring to a legend of Preahbat Dambong Kranhoung (Kranhoung Stick King). Most people call it Lok Ta Dambong Kra Nhoung. you will have experience with bamboo trains. The track is about 8 km long and runs through the Cambodian countryside. You can visit the local village store and you can buy them some souvenirs if you want to support their economy. Wat Banan is located some 25 km south of Battambang city and has been likened to a smaller version of the more imposing Angkor Wat.
