At 6:00 am, (please get your breakfast packed from the hotel) pick up from the hotel to Beng Mealea which is one of the mysterious temples of Angkor. Visit this sprawling jungle temple covering over one square kilometer is largely overrun by vegetation. Enjoy breakfast at the temple. Continued group of Koh Ker Temples, which was built during the reign of King Jayavarman IV (928-941), and served as the Capital of the Khmer Empire in the 10th Century. Picnic lunch on the spot, after lunch, continue another half-hour drive to Preah Vihear, the Unesco World Heritage temple. visit Preah Vihear, the temple was built in different periods from the 11th to 12th by Khmer kings from King Suryavarman I to Jayavaman VII to dedicate the Hindu gods Shiva. At the top of the mountain where the temple is situated, visit its beautiful carving and bas – relief as well as you can view the landscape of Cambodia and Thailand. Drive back to Siem Reap along Anlong Veng, which was the last headquarters of the Khmer Rouge. Arrive back to Siem Reap at the end of the day at around 7 pm. All nationalities are allowed to visit this temple now including people from Thailand and no passport or photocopy is required to be present at the ticket booth anymore. Preah Vihear temple opens from 7:30 am till 5:30 pm but tourists can only climb up the hill of Preah Vihear till before 4:30 pm.
