+ Pick-up time is 7:00 -13:00 return motorbike by 21:00.

+ Pick-up time is 14:00 -21:00 return motorbike 24hrs after.

Requirement

+ Non-Khmer: a passport or driver's license.

+ Khmer: National Identity Card

Policy

+ The renter must deposit an original ID card, passport, driving license, or a small amount of money agreed by the Shop's owner.

+ Renter will receive their deposit back when he/she returns the bike or motorbike.

+ The renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

+ Renter is allowed to use the bike and motor only in Siem Reap City. An extra charge is required for further distance.

+ No insurance is covered for using the bike or motorbike.

+ The renter refills the same amount of gasoline when it is returned to the bike's owner.

+ Overtime use is charged $1.00/hour.

+ Renter must follow Cambodia Traffic Law; the town's speed limit is 40 km/hour.

+ Renter must take photos or videos of the bike and motor before using it to avoid arguments or misjudgment.

+ For far away temples recommended such as Kulen Mountain, Beng Melea, and Koh Ker for 15 USD per day.

Pick Up Point

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 4 hours or at least 3 hours before the arrival date.

Less than 3 hours or at least 2 hours before the arrival date will be 50% charged.

Less than 2 hours before the arrival date will be 100% charged
