1. Pick-up time 7:00 -13:00, return motorbike by 21:00.

2. Pick-up time 14:00 -21:00, return motorbike 24hrs after.

Requirement

Please bring your hard copy documents as below:

1. Non-Khmer: a passport or driver's license.

2. Khmer: National Identity Card

Policy

1. Renter must deposit an original ID card, passport, driving license, or a small amount of money agreed by the Shop's owner.

2. Renter will receive their deposit back when he/she returns the bike or motorbike.

3. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

4. Renter can use the bike and motor only in Siem Reap City. An extra charge is required for further distance.

5. No insurance is covered for using the bike or motorbike.

6. The renter refills the same amount of gasoline when it is returned to the bike's owner.

7. Overtime use is charged $1.00/hour.

8. Renter must follow Cambodia Traffic Law; the town's speed limit is 40 km/hour.

9. Renter must take photos or videos of the bike and motor before using it to avoid arguments or misjudgment.

Pick up point

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 48 hours or at least 24 hours before the arrival date.

Less than 72 hours or at least 48 hours before the arrival date will be 50% charged.

Less than 48 hours before the arrival date will be 100% charged.
