Requirement
- Non-Khmer:  passport or  driving license
- Khmer: original ID card or passport or deposit
Policy
+ You will receive the booking confirmation within 24 hours
+ All reserved is non-refundable
+ All rental motorbike is allowed to rent only in Siem Reap
+ Locking the handlebar of the chain at all times whenever the motorbike is parked
+ Customer must leave their original passport (foreigner)/Identity (Cambodian)
+ A passport will be given when the scooter is the returned
+ Customer must check the scooter before and take a photo before driving out
+ The customer has a responsibility to pay for damage due to a traffic accident, a motorbike was stolen 
or lose of key lock and helmets
+ The charge for the lose
Helmet 1= 12$
Key/Lock = 10$
Motorbike /Scooter = 1500$
Phone Holder = 12$
+ The customer (renter) must come to pick up and return the scooter the
same as rent period(visit date/time) that book through
+ Tovtrip App. In case the customer shows up late to pick up,
he/she still needs to return the scooter same as the rent period (Visit
date/time) that booked in the Tovtrip App

Pick up Point

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 6 hours or at least 2 hours before the arrival date.
Less than 2 hours before arrival date will be 50% charged.
