Requirement

- Non-Khmer: Passport or Driving Licence

- Khmer: Original ID card or Passport or Deposit

Policy

+ You will receive the booking confirmation within 24 hours.

+ All reservations are non-refundable.

+ All motorbike rentals are allowed to be rented only in Siem Reap.

+ Locking the handlebar of the chain whenever the motorbike is parked.

+ Customers must leave their original passport (foreigner)/Identity (Cambodian).

+ A passport will be given when the scooter is returned.

+ Customer must check the scooter before and take a photo before driving out

+ The customer has a responsibility to pay for damage due to a traffic accident; a motorbike was stolen or lose the key lock and helmets

+ The charge for the loss

Helmet 1= 12$

Key/Lock = 10$

Motorbike /Scooter = 1500$

Phone Holder = 12$

+ The customer (renter) must come to pick up and return the scooter to the same as rent period(visit date/time) that book through.

+ Tovtrip App. In case the customer shows up late to pick up,he/she still needs to return the scooter, same as the rent period (Visit date/time).

Pick up point

Free of charge for reservation cancellation 6 hours before arrival time.

If canceled or modified within 6 hours before the arrival time, the total rate of the reservation will be charged 50%.

In case of a no-show, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.
