Requirement

Please bring your hard copy documents as below:

+ Non-Khmer: a passport or driver's license.

+ Khmer: National Identity Card

Policy

- The renters must deposit an original ID card, passport, and driving license, agreed by the Shop's owner.

-The renters will receive their deposit back when he/she returns the bike or motorbike.

- The renters are responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

-The renters are allowed to use the bike and motor only in Koh Rong.

- No insurance is covered for using the bike or motorbike.

- Overtime use is charged $2.00/hour.

- The renters must follow Cambodia Traffic Law; the Island speed limit is 50 km/hour.

-The renters must take photos or videos of the bike and motor before using it to avoid arguments or misjudgment.

Pick up Point

- Free of charge for reservation cancellation before 2 days prior to arrival date.

- If cancelled or modified within 2 days prior to arrival date, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.

- In case of no-show, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.
