1. Non-Khmer: a passport or driver's license.

2. Khmer: National Identity Card

Policy

1. Renter must deposit an original ID card, passport, or driving license.

2. Renter will receive their deposit back when he/she returns the bike or E-scooter

3. The renter is responsible for any damage or loss during the rental period.

4. Renter can only use the bike in Siem Reap City. An extra charge is required for further distance.

5. No insurance is covered for using the bike or E-scooter.

6. The renter has to return the included accessories to the bike's owner.

7. Renter must follow Cambodia Traffic Law in the towns.

8. Renter must take photos or videos of the bike and motor before using it to avoid arguments or misjudgment.

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 96 hours or at least 72 hours before the start arrival date

Less than 72 hours or at least 48 hours before the arrival date will be 50% charged.

Less than 48 hours before the arrival date will be 100% charged
