Requirement

+ Non-Khmer: passport, driving license, work permit, or deposit of 300 USD. 

+ Khmer: original ID card or passport or deposit of 300 USD.

Policy

1. The renter is advised in advance to inspect the condition of the renting bike before signing this lease agreement.

2. The renter would be responsible for compensation for any damage on the bike upon return according to the actual damage cost.

3. The time of returning the bike shall be before 21:00 in the day.

4. The renter has agreed with the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Pick up Point

For a full refund, cancellation must be made 72 hours or at least 48 hours before the arrival date.

Less than 48 hours before arrival date will be 100% charged
