Khmer Cooking Class - Siem Reap - Travel To Inspire

We are going to have a unique experience of cooking class inside a local home of the villager. We will walk through a local market and purchase fresh ingredients and you have the opportunity to talk with local people. you will be a chef for a day to create 4 authentic Khmer dishes. you will discover the secrets behind famous Khmer cuisines with culinary lessons from a local chef in Khmer cuisine. This tour is going to take about 3 to 4 hours, and you can select a morning or afternoon, or evening time class that includes four dishes with the choice to choose.

Menu:

+ Starter: green mango salad with smoked fish or dry shrimp/ beef salad.

+ Main fish: Tom yam seafood with Khmer spice/ Khmer bar fish amok/ sweet and sour fried chicken/ fried chicken with cashew nut.

+ Vegetables: vegetable tempura/ vegetable curry/ pineapple fried rice vegetarian.

+ Dessert: banana with coconut milk/ sweet potato with palm sugar.

No show on the tour day: fully charged of the tour cost as a penalty.
Within 24 hours before the tour: charged 100% of the tour cost as a penalty.
Within 2-4 days before the tour: charged 50% of the tour cost as a penalty.
